Baby up to 12 months: 10 € (Cot upon request).

A deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay is required at the time of reservation,
with a minimum charge of 2 nights' stay. The balance is to be settled upon arrival.
In case of a cancellation up to 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival, the deposit is returned.
In case of an early departure the entire stay is to be paid, except the room can be rented again.

As a courtesy to other guests, smoking is not allowed inside the house.
